Call Of Duty Black Ops 1 Zombies Dlc Maps -
There are four primary DLC map packs for Call of Duty: Black Ops 1
Strategy Guide
- Hardest map in BO1 due to tight corridors and hazards.
- Best training: Near the water slide (tunnel leading to power room) or the main spawn courtyard (but be careful of spikes).
- Napalm zombie drops a fire pool – stay away.
- Baby Gun + Pack-a-Punch kills entire hordes.
- Water slide can be used to escape hordes, but zombies can follow.
2. Call of the Dead (Escalation Pack)
Release Date: May 3, 2011
- Five: Set on a map that resembled a small, isolated island with several buildings and an interesting layout that encouraged strategic gameplay.
- Warfare: A map that stood out due to its setting on a Russian research facility. The gameplay mechanics introduced in these maps were well-received, setting a positive precedent for future DLCs.
- Backwards Compatibility: On Xbox (Series X|S) and PC (Steam), these maps run at 60fps with a healthy player base.
- The "Zombies Chronicles" Confusion: Black Ops 3 has remasters called Zombies Chronicles, but they play differently (gobblegums, sliding, 3-hit down). To experience original mechanics (2-hit down, slow movement, PhD Flopper), you need Black Ops 1.
- No Microtransactions: Unlike modern Zombies, there are no battle passes or skin shops. You unlock everything by playing.
- The Story: If you want to understand Richtofen’s master plan, you must play Moon. It is the true end of the original saga.
Key Features: Inspired by George A. Romero's horror films, the map featured a star-studded cast: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund, Danny Trejo, and Michael Rooker. George A. Romero himself appeared as a massive, unstoppable zombie boss lurking in the water. It introduced the Scavenger sniper rifle and the V-R11, which could turn zombies back into humans. 3. Annihilation: Shangri-La Call Of Duty Black Ops 1 Zombies Dlc Maps
This map introduces the "Celebrities" crew (Danny Trejo, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Robert Englund, and Michael Rooker) and serves as a pivotal moment in the original crew's journey. There are four primary DLC map packs for
Strategy Guide
- Best training spot: The wide area near PhD Flopper (outside the starting room, down the stairs).
- Monkey rounds: Camp near Stamin-Up (far end of map). Use claymores or ray gun to kill monkeys before they touch machines.
- Pack-a-Punch: Activate all three landers, then return to the central rocket pad. PAP is inside the rocket gantry during countdown.
- Landers are also traps – activate them to suck zombies and throw them off the map (great for high rounds).
- Expand any map into a full walkthrough (objectives, key locations, recommended strategies).
- Provide an ordered list of Easter-egg steps for a specific map.
- Compare the DLC maps by difficulty, replayability, or best co-op strategies.
