Gilad is the archivist of the origami world. For complex models, use his "Difficulty Ratings" section. He reviews thousands of origami books and rates the complexity of every single model. If you search for "complex origami pdf" here, you will find lists of which books to buy digitally (via Kindle or Google Play Books) for the hardest models.
Around step 40-50, you will see a dashed circle with a giant arrow. This is the "collapse." The PDF will show all creases at once. You must work from the center outward. If you mess up here, start over.
