The DotA 7.03b2 97 AI map is an unofficial, community-developed modification for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. It is part of a long lineage of AI-enhanced maps designed to allow players to experience the classic Defense of the Ancients (DotA) Allstars gameplay offline against computer-controlled bots. The plans are in metric units, except for drill and shaft sizes, which are in imperial units.
You can generate plans in imperial units simply by changing the units to "imperial" in SketchUp under
"model info", but the units will not work out to even numbers like they do in metric.
