How to skip: When you open the FitGirl installer, you will see a list of components. Look for the checkbox next to "Useless Videos" (or similar wording) and uncheck it. The installer will proceed without asking for the missing .bin file.

While the file name itself is legitimate in the context of a FitGirl repack, it is frequently used by impersonator sites
