Icom Cs-f3000 Programming Software
The Icom CS-F3000 is official cloning and programming software designed for Windows PCs to configure Icom IC-F3000 and IC-F4000 series VHF/UHF transceivers. It allows users to manage channel frequencies, customize button functions, and adjust deep system parameters that are not accessible via the radio's physical interface. Key Functional Features
: Read the entire configuration from one "master" radio and write it to others for rapid fleet deployment. Installation & Use Tips ETMY ASIA Co., Limited Product ID icom cs-f3000 programming software
The software is designed for both VHF and UHF variants of the following series: The Icom CS-F3000 is official cloning and programming
Remember: Backup first. Write second. Test third. And always keep a copy of your .icf files on cloud storage. With this guide, you are now equipped to handle the CS-F3000 like a professional two-way radio technician. Memory Channel: Frequency, TX/RX tones, bandwidth (25kHz/12
- Memory Channel: Frequency, TX/RX tones, bandwidth (25kHz/12.5kHz), power level (High/Low).
- Signalling: CTCSS, DTCS, 2-Tone, 5-Tone, MSK paging.
- Key Assignment: What each of the six side buttons does (Monitor, Scan, Talk Around, High/Low power).
- Menu Mode: Which menu items the user can access (Beep, Squelch, Backlight timer).
- DTMF Autodial: 16-digit telephone-style memories.
Are you setting up a new fleet of radios, or are you looking to add a specific feature like the emergency siren to your current setup?
Key features
- Channel and zone management: Create, import, export, and bulk-edit channels and zone lists.
- Memory backups: Read radio memory to a file and restore later — useful before field changes.
- Template support: Apply templates to multiple radios for consistent setups.
- Parameter editing: Full access to device parameters (CTCSS/DCS tones, power levels, RX/TX offsets, etc.).
- Import/export: CSV or proprietary file formats let you move configurations between systems or share presets.
- Firmware utility linkage: Works alongside firmware update tools (check compatibility per model).
Error 4: The radio clicks but won't transmit TX
- Cause: You programmed a receive-only frequency or the TX is out of band.
- Fix: Go to Memory Channel > Check "TX Inhibit" is unchecked. Ensure your TX frequency is legal and inside the band limits.
Step C: Write to the Radio
- Click
Write (or F4).
- The software will verify the codeplug data.
- Critical: Do NOT disconnect the cable or turn off the radio during the write cycle. A mid-write power failure can corrupt the radio’s EEPROM, requiring a trip to ICOM service.
