  1. Install DS License Server from CATIA disc (run as admin, compatibility Windows 7).
  2. Open DS License Server Administration → localhost → add your license file.
  3. In CATIA startup license selection → point to http://localhost:4084.

Save as ANSI encoding (not UTF-8).
