Just Cause 2 remains one of the most beloved open-world action games nearly a decade after its release. However, many PC gamers—especially those who bought the game through regional key resellers, Russian digital stores, or certain Humble Bundles—often find themselves stuck with a frustrating problem: The game is locked to Russian language. No amount of clicking through menus helps, because the settings themselves are written in Cyrillic.
