- Verify the file path:
.../LaunchBox/license.xml(not.../LaunchBox/Data/license.xml). - Open the file in Notepad. It should start with
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>and contain your name/email. If it looks like gibberish or HTML (e.g., an error page), redownload it. - Delete the old
license.xmland redownload from the LaunchBox store page.
