Installing Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1 From Start to Finish Select your DB type (Oracle/DB2/SQL)

• Select your DB type (Oracle/DB2/SQL).
• Input the DB server Hostname, Port, and Schema Name (created in Step 1).
• Validation: The installer will attempt a JDBC connection test here. If this fails, check your firewall and DB user permissions.

Post-Installation Tasks

• Configure the Maximo 761 environment to use the correct database and application server.
