Setting Up NeoEMU v1534

  1. Extract the emulator to a folder (e.g., C:\NeoEMU\).
  2. Place your BIOS (neogeo.zip) in the same folder.
  3. Create a roms folder inside the emulator directory.
  4. Add your NeoGeo ROMs (unzipped or zipped) into the roms folder.
  5. Run neoemu.exe.
  6. Go to File → Load ROM and select your game.
  7. Configure controls: Options → Configure Controller.
