Oriental Sound Dede Sound V3 Kontakt library (often part of a Premium Bundle) is a comprehensive sample collection focused on ethnic and Middle Eastern musicality. Developed in collaboration with Oktay Aydin, it is designed for use within Native Instruments Core Features Broad Regional Sounds
- "Missing Samples" error: You moved the folder. Re-link it via the Files > Database tab in Kontakt. The upd often changes the file path from
/V3/Samples to /V3_Update/Samples.
- GUI is Pink/Blank: You are using the free "Kontakt Player." DeDe Sound V3 requires the FULL retail version of Kontakt. It does not run in Player mode.
- The Microtuner doesn't work: Ensure "Mono Mode" is engaged on the top right of the GUI. Poly mode disables the pitch bending for quarter tones.
- Crackles and Pops: The upd introduced a new convolution reverb. Turn it off and use a send track reverb instead to save DSP.
- A full version of Native Instruments Kontakt 6.7 or higher (Kontakt Player may work in demo mode for 15 minutes).
- The original Dede Sound v3 library files (NKI instruments and Samples folder).
- 8 GB of free hard drive space.
