The Twist

After escaping Yemen through a dangerous desert crossing and a sea voyage, the team returns to the U.S. They expose Poseidon, who is arrested. Michael is exonerated and reunites with Sara and his son. However, in the final scene, T-Bag — given Poseidon’s高端智能手环 (high-tech wrist tracker) — uses it to track down and presumably kill Poseidon in prison, implying T-Bag has become a vigilante.

Major Plot Summary

The Setup

Michael faked his death to protect Sara and his son, Mike. He was coerced by a rogue CIA operative known only as Poseidon (real name: Jacob Anton Ness, played by Mark Feuerstein — who is also Sara’s new husband, unbeknownst to Michael). Poseidon framed Michael as terrorist “Kaniel Outis” and had him imprisoned in Yemen.
