The SOLIDWORKS Design Library is a powerhouse for productivity. Instead of modeling common components like bolts, brackets, or sheet metal forms from scratch, you can simply drag and drop them into your assembly.
- Visit the Dassault Systèmes Website: Go to www.dassaultsystemes.com.
- Search for Design Library: Search for "SolidWorks Design Library" in the search bar.
- Download the Library: Click on the relevant result and follow the prompts to download the library.
Click Add and browse to the folder where you extracted your downloaded components.
- Launch SolidWorks: Open your SolidWorks software and navigate to the Design Library tab.
- Access the Design Library: Click on the Design Library icon in the Task Pane.
- Download the Library: If you haven't already, click on the Download button to access the library.
