5.1 Calibration Procedure

  1. Enter the Calibration Menu (passcode protected).
  2. Zero Calibration: Ensure the scale is empty. Press the ZERO key. The display confirms the zero point.
  3. Span Calibration: Place a known test weight (e.g., 50% or 100% of capacity) on the scale.
  4. Enter the exact weight value using the numeric keys.
  5. Press ENTER to confirm. The unit calculates the slope (mV/V factor).

  • Manual tip: Use distilled water only. Tap water confuses the sensor. To reset the alarm, you usually need to open the front panel (left side) and check the float switch, then hold the "Stop" button for 3 seconds to clear the error.
