- Co-pilot Dev alerts the cabin crew that Captain Karan has passed out. But is he asleep—or sedated? They cannot wake him.
- Kiran on the ground realizes something is wrong. She patches into the cockpit radio and hears labored breathing. She tries to talk Karan back to consciousness via the emergency channel.
- A passenger, Professor Chaturvedi (Javed Jaffrey) , senses something wrong. He is a former aviation psychologist and demands to speak to the cockpit.
- The twist: Karan wakes up, but he is not himself. His speech is slurred, but his actions are deliberate. He disengages the autopilot and pulls the nose up, sending passengers flying into the ceiling.
- The episode closes with Kiran discovering a suicide note Karan sent to his wife before the flight: “Today, I end it all. And I’m taking 200 souls with me.”
However, be warned: The show suffers slightly from "overacting" in the passenger subplots, and some of the CGI exterior shots of the plane look dated for 2019.
