Abstract
This paper explores the hypothetical narrative of YES MASTER (2024), a psychological thriller starring Taylor Raz, as a critical lens to dissect themes of hierarchical power, identity, and resistance. By situating the film within the broader discourse of postmodern subjugation, this analysis examines how the titular master-subordinate relationship reflects systemic control and the struggle for agency. Through character dissection, thematic evaluation, and intertextual references, this paper argues that YES MASTER interrogates the fragility of autonomy in a hyper-authoritarian framework, paralleling contemporary societal anxieties about surveillance, conformity, and personal liberation.
