Alibaug Terminal: The corridor will terminate at Alibaug, a coastal town in the Raigad district, with proposed connectivity to the JNPT ( Jawaharlal Nehru Port Terminal) and the upcoming Alibaug Port.

- MPS (Mumbai-Pune-Solapur) Expressway: Via a branch from Panvel.
- Coastal Road (South Mumbai): Via the Alibaug end through a proposed Ro-Pax ferry terminal (car-carrying ferries from Alibaug to Nariman Point).
- Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC): Via a spur at Vasai.
- Virar: Integration with the Western Railway and proposed Metro Line 5 (Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan-Dombivli).
- Bhiwandi: Connection to the Eastern Express Highway and the proposed Mumbai-Nagpur Super Expressway.
- Khalapur: Interchange with the proposed Samara-Khalapur Highway.
