Tone & Art Direction
- Prioritize Intelligence stats early. The Midterm Exams in 0125 have a hidden stat check. If your Intelligence is below 60, you automatically fail the stealth mission.
- Don't ignore Miko. Her side-quest rewards you with a "noise-canceling item" that is essential for eavesdropping in the new Director's room scene.
- Save before every decision. Unlike later versions, 0125 has a "butterfly effect" where a choice in Act 1 (e.g., giving a bento to Asuka vs. Saki) locks you out of certain 0125 scenes.
- Play with headphones. The audio mixing in the new scenes is directional. You can hear footsteps during stealth sections.
Criticisms:
- New UI Element: A subtle "Atmosphere" meter in the top-right corner. Let it turn crimson, and you’ll trigger a Jealousy Event—a multi-choice conversation where choosing the wrong option can lock you out of both routes.
- The "Golden Mean" Mechanic: You can now balance up to three waifus, but the game actively rewards you for choosing a "Primary" by Week 3.
